Please allow up to 12 working days for delivery, this does not include bank holidays or weekends. all items are made to order so requires time to process the order, if 12 days has passed and you have still not received your order or any information from us then please get in tough and we will check this order up for you to get you up to date. 

If an ordered item is cancelled after 2 days, the order will be subject to a restock fee of 20% of the order value.

The postage cost that's included in the online price is non refundable unless the incorrect item has been sent out.

To be eligible for a return, your order must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all fitting kits ,stickers and free items in the original condition and returned how they were supplied.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items that has been fitted to the car cannot be returned..

Any item not in its described condition, is damaged more once returned or missing parts or removed parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery may not be refundable.

Returns

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refund


Once your return is received and inspected, We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

The customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
